This account deletion portal applies to Pickleball Finder (Application ID: com.pickleballfinder.app, Developer: Andrew Relic / Pickleball Finder).
At Pickleball Finder, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and wipe all associated data from our servers, you can do so immediately using either method below.
⚠️ Important: Permanent & Irreversible
Deleting your account will permanently remove your login credentials, player profile, saved favorite courts, schedule entries, and match history. This action cannot be undone.
Method 1: Instant In-App / Web Deletion (Recommended)

If you are signed in on your mobile phone or web browser, your account can be deleted with 1 click:
- Open Pickleball Finder (App or Web).
- Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Scroll down to the red Delete Account section.
- Click Delete Permanently in the confirmation dialog.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (If You Cannot Log In)

If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to sign in, submit your registered email below to generate a formal deletion request. All data will be expunged within 30 days.

Types of Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data categories are permanently removed from our active databases and authentication systems:
- Authentication & Identity: Email address, encrypted login credentials, OAuth profile linkages, and unique Firebase User ID (UID).
- Player Profile: Display name, home ZIP code, skill rating, profile avatar/photo, preferred play times, and contact preferences.
- Personal Collections & Activity: Saved/favorited courts, custom court notes, match participation records, and calendar game check-ins.
- Local Device Data: Cached session tokens, local preferences, and temporary files stored on your device.
Types of Data Kept
No personal data is retained once an account deletion is completed.
- Aggregated Anonymous Statistics: Fully anonymized, aggregate non-personal metrics (such as historical court visit counts or general app stability crash logs that contain no personal identifiers) may be retained for analytic improvement.
- Financial & Legal Records (If applicable): If you completed an in-app subscription or donation, Google Play / payment processor transactional receipt tokens may be retained only as strictly required to comply with applicable tax, financial audit, and legal obligations.
Data Retention & Processing Period
- In-App Deletion: Processed immediately. Your authentication profile and database documents are erased on the spot.
- Web / Email Requests: Processed within 30 days of request submission and identity verification.
- Backup Purging: Cloud database automated disaster-recovery snapshots are overwritten and permanently purged within standard retention cycles (not exceeding 30–60 days).
